How to Access the Messenger

Log into the platform 

There are 2 ways to get into the messenger:

At the top of your screen, click on the envelope icon and click “See All Messages”

On the left-hand side click on “Messaging” then “Messenger” 

Once you are in the Messenger you will have access to all your folders on the left, your inbound messages in the middle, and the content of the selected message on the right.
