Log into your platform

On the left hand side, select “Phone Management”

Then select “Purchase Numbers”

Type in the area code you would like to have for your numbers and click “Lookup”

If the phone numbers are available in that area code, they will display below

Select the numbers you would like to purchase by clicking the check box to the left of the number.

Once your numbers are selected, click the “Buy Selected Numbers” button at the bottom of the page.

You will receive a confirmation and the numbers will now show up under “Phone Management” – “Show Numbers” (Note: Make sure to add your numbers to a call/route group to forward any inbound calls to a forward number destination)

If there are no numbers available in the area code you selected, the system will provide you with available phone numbers close to the area code you searched for. 

Note: Phone numbers can take up to 10-20 min to route completely to the account. Make sure to test your numbers before deploying a campaign.
